Do you provide Platform training for sites and Sponsors and a support service?
The Platform is designed to be easy to use and very intuitive however we certainly also offer online training sessions for all team members. We also have a great support service with a 2-4 hour response rate.
Why don't you need IRB or EC submission?
So there is actually nothing to approve. Unlike the traditional adverts and micro sites we do things differently. We have a detailed document for IRB/EC as an FYI to assure everyone we are compliant.
How do we know the AI-Match screener is asking the right questions?
The questions are pulled from your own data - a protocol or clinicaltrials.gov etc. We use Perplexity, Elevenlabs and Gemini to produce some of the most advanced patient engagement tools - indeed they are consistently more accurate and accessible, with a focus on simplifying medical terms and really communicating with people so they understand what is being discussed.
Do you use databases?
We prefer to find people in real time online as they are researching their medical conditions for answers because they are motivated and high retention participants. We can get them screened and through to the sites in minutes and we find these people are more responsive to calls and texts from the sites and will attend the attend study visits.
